Habitat for Humanity Chicago (Habitat Chicago) is planning for the development of a 1.2 acre, 20-unit townhome development on the corner of 115th Street and Morgan Avenue in the West Pullman neighborhood. The development will be constructed over three years with the first year (2024) including the site preparation, site utilities, paving, the first eight (8) units (labelled 955 and 957 in the site plan), and approximately eight to twelve (8-12) garages.
Habitat Chicago is requesting that your firm provide an expression of interest if you would like to be included on our bidders list.
We anticipate issuance of the request for bid in November.

A draft schedule for the initial phase of work is available for your consideration. Vertical construction will occur after this work is complete. Site plans and IFB drawings will be made available to those interested in bidding.
